The Netflix app acknowledges this support, and an external Fire TV streamer similarly offered up HDR streams. Whilst the Toshiba Remote App is available for both iOS and Android, the new Cloud TV app is on Apple devices only. The two down-firing speakers fail to properly capture the thud of a bear’s paw hitting the ground, the higher-pitched smashing of glass or the sudden rush of a gun shot, with bass performance similarly disappointing. cd/m2 on a checkerboard pattern for an ANSI contrast of 764:1, which is mediocre, whichever way you look at it.
