About this deal

She has changed and begins to distant herself from Alex, fearing the work he does and believing that her life is ruined because of him. Ava is sent to a housing home for orphans again sometime during the events of Alex Cross, Run, for doing drugs. In Pop Goes the Weasel she is kidnapped for over a year; during that time she is pregnant with Alex's child and gives birth at the end. Thanks for being a great author your books always makes me feel like on of the characters in the book.

DCAK standing for DC Audience Killer, brother and sister Anthony and Sandy start a killing spree, which Bree Stone is put on the case, while Alex decides to help and nicknames them 'DCAK. In the novel Pop Goes The Weasel, Geoffrey competes with a small group of other people, known as The Horsemen to kill people, or "live their fantasies". You’re always guaranteed a thrilling read when you pick up a James Patterson book especially one written about Alex Cross. He was given a full ride to Vanderbilt University’s graduate program in English but dropped out after a year, knowing that he wouldn’t be able to continue reading and writing for pleasure if he became a college professor. During the course of the investigation, Rhonda and Baby become entangled in a dangerous case involving a group of overprivileged young adults who break laws for fun, their psychopath ringleader, and an ex-assassin victim who decides to hunt them down for revenge. I particularly enjoyed Bree's storyline in this, she has her own plot thread which starts to cross over with Alex's as the book goes on. He travels there and meets up with his partner Sampson only to find out that as many as ten women have been abducted, all of them having received notes from Casanova. Action, danger and intgrigue all play very closely together in this utterly exciting addition to one of my favorite series.

Shafer is responsible for kidnapping Christine Johnson, Alex's fiancée at the time, and killing his own wife, Lucy, in Pop Goes the Weasel. But this is Perry's show all the way and he proves that as a hired actor he can still deliver something audiences aren't expecting from Hollywood's most prolific multi-hyphenate.From Alex Cross to the Women’s Murder Club series, Patterson has been writing gripping fiction since 1976. She first appeared in Double Cross, having started a relationship with Alex and falling in love with him. Sampson got married in Four Blind Mice to a woman, who he fell in love with, named Billie, despite his reluctance since he is afraid of being a father because his parents were so horrible.

Alex Cross is a widower, detective, and father who fights against criminals who wish to kill Cross and others. Geoffrey Shafer/ The Weasel, the antagonist of Pop Goes the Weasel and secondary antagonist in London Bridges. This longstanding series has evolved over the years into action packed fast paced reads with some being a tad better than others (although I've not read a dud one yet). As always the thrill and darkness of death and evil is tempered by the beautiful Cross family and Nana mama's cooking. She, though does not appear, is mentioned to be spending Christmas with Ali in Merry Christmas, Alex Cross. At the end of the novel, he is still at large, despite being wounded by Alex and his girlfriend, Bree Stone. You in my opinion are an exceptional author and all your books are totally engrossing that you don’t want to put it down til the end. For his initiatives to help kids become passionate readers and for his philanthropic efforts, Patterson was awarded the National Book Foundation’s 2015 Literarian Award for Outstanding Service to the American Literary Community.
