I bought this product after using a sample of it. I do tend to get ingrown hairs on my legs very easily after shaving and it is a problem. The bumps are very noticeable and itchy. After using this product I find that there are less ingrown hair and I think with prolonged use it will help even more! I am very happy with the product, money well spent, in my opinion! It dries out the skin and doesn’t heal the lump before the hair finally comes out, It took days and days and I’m still not convinced they are gone. At this price this product is highly over priced and disappointing. The key point to note is the skin must be dry before applying the product. A moisturizer may be applied after the Tend Skin® Solution dries, usually 5-10 seconds
