About this deal

im a lost soul like many, i have a Fiesta ST 2007,. and frantically trying to find a solution to my car not having factory BT! on my travels i come across a post that may have mentioned that you should pair the Stereo to the phone and not phone to stereo,, The serial number of any 6000 CD RDS E-O-N can be found on the label attached to the radio box. To see this label, you must partially remove the radio. DISCLAIMER: fordownersclub.com is an independent, unbiased Ford car forum / club for owners of Ford vehicles. one way you can tell if you bluetooth or not is on the remote stalk buttons, it will have a 'voice' button. but if you want to know for definite, I work for a Ford garage, you can call me and I can punch in your reg into Ford data to tell you what spec you have with which options.

Gumtree.com Limited is an Appointed Representative of Compare The Market Limited who is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. If so would i be able to connect my iphone via bluetooth as i have heard that they will only connect to iphone related equipment. otherwise I will need to use a spare lg chocolate phone if indeed the radio is capable. If you cannot see your number it is because many 6000 CD units do not show the series on the screen. If this is your case, you have to go to method 2. To get the serial code: h old down 2 & 6 (at the same time)– The cycle process will then start displaying the radio’s serial code starting “M” followed by 6 digits, e.g., M203102. I have tried inputing enough times to be sure I'm not making a mistake. I have also tried disconnecting the battery again but this doesn't change anything.

Hold down the number buttons 1 and 6. You can stop pressing them once something appears on the screen. Can anyone offer any advice? I can take it to a dealer but if they just provide me with the same code I am already using then I'm not sure how this will help. Hold down 1 & 6 (at the same time)– The cycle process will then start displaying the radio’s serial code starting “V” or “M” followed by 6 digits, e.g., V109302. Press and hold buttons 1 and 6 for three seconds. With this, your unit starts scrolling different info for thirty seconds. Have a look at the video of entering the code: https://youtu.be/WJ9obOnpH74 remember that you ONLY use buttons 1 to 5If instead of starting a cycle, your radio shows a piece of unique information that begins with the letters "FD", then that is the number to get the radio code. Example: FDC2005M123456 If the above method did not work try holding down 2 & 6 instead, failing that see other serial retrieval methods below.
