Great product highly recommend for water confidence and better than armbands as does not restrict arm movements and recommended by swiomming teachers. Beauty of these versus armbands is that as confidence grows you can remove couple discs to reduce buoyancy The picture shows the discs with nodules to join the discs together but the ones I received didn't have the nodules so do not join together. I am a little disappointed.

Swimming armbands give your young child the benefit of the additional flotation needed to keep them safe but also lets them start to learn about how to position their body in the water when swimming. Good swimming aids that are easy for the child to put on and off themselves. My daughter used them in her swimming classes, starting with three on each arm, then removing one from each arm at a time. She can now swim without any discs. I used these aids at a local pool and found they gave me confidence to try to swim.I have had a fear of water all my life but with these around my upper arm I can at least " swim" practice my arm and leg movements and get lots of exercise. There are two main types of armbands designed for children learning to swim, inflatable or float discs. Inflatable armbands are the more traditional swimming armband style, and have been around for years. Armbands come in a few different sizes which are based on the weight they can support so it's important that you have the correct size for your child so that they will stay securely on their arms and keep them afloat. Great discs for my niece, have also bought them previously for our grandchildren, so much easier to use than blow up arm bands & you can reduce the disc number on each arm as there confidence & progress improves . I got these as a birthday present for my 3 yr old granddaughter, who I take swimming most weeks. She's absolutely delighted with them! Much simpler than blowing up arm bands. The only down side (hence the lost star) is that they're bulkier than the arm bands and not as easy to store. Small price to pay for a happy swimmer!

The service and delivery time were exceptional! The price was a third of the cost of other suppliers and the discs have been a fantastic aid, light and easy to wear. They have taken a little holiday to Dubai and used in my local swimming pool so well travelled! I got these for my 8year old I got the senior ones has Junior was I had was about tight on the arms but these work great . And a great price too . Took these on holiday for my daughter to save me blowing up usual armbands all the time. They were perfect, light weight and she could use them independantly. These discs are ideal for my young grandchild. The traditional inflatable arm bands are far too broad and reached practically to her wrists, leaving her no flexibility of arm movement. These discs are easy to put on and even with 2 or 3 discs on each arm, she is free to 'doggy paddle' and safely enjoy the swimming! Thank you experience. So much better than inflatable armbands. Light and robust. Versatile - can use several together and then reduce the number as the child gains confidence and skill. The only disadvantage is the bulk in relation to storage but this is a sacrifice worth making for the advantages.This is a great product and helped our 4 yr old build his confidence in the water, good light weight product and sturdy in the water. The swimming discs are seawater-resistant, 100% waterproof and durable. If the inner cuff is damaged please replace the swimming disc! If you buy 6 of these per child you will never need to blow up armbands again. 3 each side should keep most children afloat. As the childs confidence and ability improves you simply take a disc off each side. These are the same discs used in a lot of swimming classes so your Very pleased with the delph swimming aids, easy to put on/off and son feels confident in the water when he is wearing them. Uses them in his swimming lessons. Speedy delivery, easy transaction. Overall very pleased Highly recommend the Delphin swimming discs. My 4 year old has always complained about armbands and how they make his arms sore. The discs just slide on and off with ease and he can even put them on himself. They are fab!!

Swim discs arrived very promptly. Find these fantastic swimming aids, much easier to use and put on than traditional inflatable armbands. These discs are great! A lot safer to use than inflatable arm bands which could deflate. You can choose how many to fit and remove them one at a time as your child grows more confident and their ability to swim increases. The price and delivery from Newitts couldn't have been any better! Love these swimming discs. My daughter although 3 is very small and had difficulties with the blow up one as they were all too long for her arms. These fit perfectly and she now enjoys swimming lessons.
