About this deal

Japanese style ramen with individual sachets of wheat noodles, soy sauce soup base, and dried vegetables. Homemade healthy noodles are a great way to eat if you are a busy working person with little spare time. Make sure the protein and vegetables are all cut into pieces of the same size - this ensures they will cook evenly. If you have been reading my recipes for a while you may have noticed that we are a massive fan of Blue Dragon noodle sauces in our house. We loved the Blue Dragon Pad Thai kit and recently tried another of their ready-made sauces – their sweet Chilli & Garlic stir fry sauce. This post shows how to make some chilli garlic noodles using this Blue Dragon sauce. We found this sauce to be quite spicy and a great way to make a simple and tasty chilli garlic noodles dish.

In a large bowl, place in the pork, beansprouts and the BBQ seasoning fromBlue Dragon's Season & Stir Fry BBQ and mix well, then cover with foil for 30 minutes or more. Now add the oil to a large wok, heat up until it is smoking and fry the pork mixture for 3 minutes while stirring. Like my Pad Thai meal this is one of those super flexible easy recipes. You can use up what you need to get rid of in the fridge.Cook the meat first, remove from the wok, and return to the cooked vegetables towards the end of cooking to ensure the texture you desire is retained in the final dish. Spoon in to lettuce leaves or in to large mushrooms that have been grilled over high heat for 3-5 minutes and sprinkle with cheese. So here are 3 recipes that I've created, each created in less than 30 minutes but I really didn't want to show you the same old stir fry that we all know; hopefullyI can inspire you toleave with some freshnew ideas that are still satisfyingly full of flavour.

Noodles (49.8%) [𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐅𝐥𝐨𝐮𝐫, Water, Salt, Raising Agents (𝐒𝐨𝐝𝐢𝐮𝐦 𝐇𝐲𝐝𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐞𝐧 Carbonate, 𝐏𝐨𝐭𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐮𝐦 𝐇𝐲𝐝𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐞𝐧 Carbonate)], Soup Base (49.8%) [Water, 𝐒𝐨𝐲 Sauce (4%) [Water, 𝐒𝐨𝐲𝐛𝐞𝐚𝐧, 𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐭, Salt], Sugar, Maltodextrin, Palm Oil, Salt, Yeast Extract, 𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝐎𝐢𝐥, Ginger Powder, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Pepper Powder, Potato Starch, Potassium Chloride, Flavourings (𝐒𝐨𝐲), Stabilizer (Carrageenan, Carboxymethylcellulose, Xanthan Gum), Flavour Enhancer (Disodium 5'-Ribonucleotides, Disodium Guanylate, Disodium Inosinate), Antioxidant (Tocopherol-Rich Extract, Alpha-Tocopherol) Dried Vegetables (0.4%) [𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝐒𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐬 (0.2%), Dried Spring Onion Flakes (0.2%)] Or just keep it vegan if you prefer, by leaving out the egg yolks and prawns and using different types of noodle. If you prefera bit of heat, then youcould always stir in a dash of Blue Dragon's Sweet Chilli Dipping Sauce which also works great! If you cannot find the same brand, then experiment with whatever you can get locally. Let me know how you get on using different ingredients to suit your palate. When frying aromatic ingredients such as garlic, ginger and chilli - make sure you add them at the beginning and fry until the aromas are released. Only then are you ready to start adding the other ingredients.Or, as it is a vegan sauce, if you wish to keep it vegan just leave out any meat or seafood and eggs. And use wheat noodles for a vegan noodle dish. Pour in the water and the remainingingredients, bring to a simmer and cook for 5-8 minutes until the noodles have softened and serve.

Stagger your cooking times as you add the ingredients - bigger and more dense vegetables and meats will take longer to cook than small, finer ones. Because it's a fast cooking process, make sure all of your cutting and chopping is done beforehand and close to hand.
