This is a huge win for the Markart pencils at this point, and might just be the deciding factor between these 2 seemingly identical sets. I was skeptical at first that these were actually oil-based pencils. They performed so much like what I would expect from a wax-based pencil.The goal of this guide is to evaluate some of the best value-for-money colored pencils and some features that are crucial and will come in handy when you work with your adult coloring books.
