I purchased the Better than Bouillon Organic Roasted Chicken Base myself and the company has no idea that I’m featuring their product on my blog. I will admit that I have never added soup base to my broths, but if you are going to add one I guess an organic one would be the one to use! I do make soup from scratch and love my homemade broth but BTB is also cost effective compared to boxed broth. Place the chicken meat in a covered dish and put in the refrigerator overnight; you will need it the next day.

In summary: if the thought of spending that much money on flipping broth doesn’t make you hyperventilate ( which it did me).Puree this mixture (vegetables and all) either in a blender, food processor or an immersion blender right in the pan.
