No7 Beautiful Skin BB Cream for Normal / Dry skin Medium Medium

The BB cream has a 5 star UVB and 15 SPF which is also fantastic and the shade is fair (which I am ) so what do I think of it. At first, I thought this was a little dark for my pale skin, but it blends in very nicely, and leaves a very nice sheer, dewy finish. In January, Boots No7 will be adding some fabulous products to both their skincare and make-up lines. It gives more coverage than a regular tinted moisturiser but not quite as much as a light foundation. I have the shade medium and I love the colour, it gives me a healthy glow without looking like I have applied too much makeup.

I have currently been using the everyday moisturiser and my Esteee Lauder foundation daily but I needed no makeup yesterday and just wanted a natural look , my natural look however meant uneven skin tone and I never feel comfortable . Part skincare, part makeup, our BB cream is a hybrid product enriched with powerful ingredients to combine coverage and care i. It certainly it stands up to the rigours of driving a desk in my office, so all in all, I’m very impressed!So i would definately recommend this to people with dry skin who are looking for a light even coverage! It doesn’t have great staying power but if you need a light coverage if you’re just popping out this is a good one. I was pleasantly surprised with the colour as I have a medium skin tone (I’m guessing around a NC35 but not 100% sure). I’m lucky enough to work from home so most days I don’t wear any makeup but when I am venturing out of the house I tend to reach for a BB Cream. The consistency is light and blended reasonably well, though I did end up having to use a stippling brush over my cheeks, as it appeared quite streaky.

Hi Miss Stylicious, thanks for your comment 🙂 I do need to use powder foundation on my spots, but the coverage is buildable enough to cover everything else like uneven skintone, redness and whilst it doesn’t fully cover acne scars, it dulls them down enough so I don’t bother putting anything else over the top.

In conclusion, this is a great effort from No7 at BB Creams and I’m looking forward to reading about what other’s think of the other variants. Major apologies for being extra AWOL as of late, I've been on a two week trip to Pakistan, but more on that in another p. I’ve found that the coverage is quite buildable, and it covers my red bits quite nicely, especially if I put a little extra over any particularly stubbornly flushed areas. I liked the texture of this product but sadly could not find the right shade to match my skintone 🙁 I was using Garnier’s BB which really suited my skin and made me dewy.

For starters I love the box, it is a sort of soft pearl pink and looks like its from an expensive brand. I have the shade Medium in this and find that this shade is a little too dark for me after my summer tan has faded so tend not to wear this when I am on the pale side.
