Cariel Vanilla Vodka is the careful marriage of premium Swedish triple-distilled wheat vodka and natural vanilla flavouring from the orchids found in Kerala in south-western India and the more floral, even fruitier vanilla found in Madagascar.

The natural colour and rich, smooth character have been obtained through flavouring with vanilla from the orchid Vanilla Planifolia, a flat-leaved vanilla variety native to Central America. Absolut vanilla is a cheaper alternative but this is worth the extra couple of pounds without a doubt.

Enjoy Cariel neat, as a shooter or explore its broad usability as a cocktail base, mixable with your favourite fruit juices, sodas etc. The former contributes creamy, soft buttery notes, whilst the Madagascan vanilla delivers distinctively floral and fruity characteristics. It is triple distilled from Swedish winter wheat and is flavoured natural vanilla sourced from India and Madagascar. Grown in South-West Sweden, the grains are planted in the autumn before being harvested in the springtime, and then triple-distilled in small batches in copper pot stills.
