it's already a skin scent about 1 hour after two sprays on the same spot, which I don't think should be the case. This is the most complete version of the fragrance, with a round and creamy sandalwood as the star of the show. So I cannot justify a full bottle purchase, especially since it’s nothing new and exciting and has been out for over 5 years.

However, if I had to choose a Bleu de Chanel for a formal occasion or upscale setting, it would definitely be the parfum because of its more refined and "denser" quality. Can pretty much be used all year round for all occasions, but I regularly reach for it in the colder seasons or for evenings.at first I didn't think it lasted very long, but after those around me would comment positively throughout the day I began to better understand the performance of this fragrance. I have both the EDP and parfum and I love the smell of parfum so much more than the EDP but this stuff I barely notice it at all, after 30 minutes, I just barely notice it on me.

Also something to mention, my skin gets dry alot, so sometimes I find the same fragrances last better some days than others.Bleu de Chanels have not always agreed with my skin, with the EDT being too sharp and the EDP frankly smelling like eating a banana in a men's locker room full of fresh urinal cakes. I was waling hours after applying it and a girl stopped me and asked what am I wearibg because she could smell me 100 meters away and had to catch up to ask me. Projection is alright for the 4 hours and becomes a closer skin scent that becomes moderate for the rest of the day which is great as its not loud that doesnt die off after a loud opening.
