Two ingredients combine to make our wonderfully characterful vodka. Clare wheat that was grown in our fields and our own chalk filtered water, which when distilled make this unique, limited edition single estate spirit. Our Honey Bee Nectar is a perfect example of a sweet, honeyed beer. Available as a bottle-only ale, this light, golden-coloured beer is the result of our cooperation with North Wessex Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (ANOB). We craft our spirits from start to finish. That way, we can monitor each step of the process with the attention of a master conductor.

The International Wine and Spirits Competition and the San Francisco World Spirits Competition awarded us silver medals (2023). Combining two popular ale flavourings, our Belapur IPA is reminiscent of a classic Indian Pale Ale, complemented by a hint of traditional English Ale added to the mix. Fire and Fromage is a homage to that cosy, unbeatable mountain hospitality, bringing the true taste of mountain life to London, celebrating the best food The Alps has to offer whilst sitting around the fire pits. What better way to start your weekend off than touring around a brewery and distillery, drinking ale or spirits and learning how the Ramsbury taste is created? But don’t just take our word for it, experience it for yourself. The tours run every Friday & Saturday at 11am plus a 6.30pm session on the last Friday of every month. Each tour lasts about 1 hour and 30 minutes. You’ll be guided by one of the team, with ample tastings of our beers and spirits along the way. The North Wessex Downs ANOB is a unique and spectacular landscape of tranquil open downland, ancient woodland and chalk streams, boasting a beautiful array of wildlife.Featuring a collection of our finest Ramsbury fresh meat, these venison burgers are rich and delicious, mixed with 50% local pork and produced at our local butchers, just a few miles from the Ramsbury estate. Please note that the beer and glass gift set is available for collection only and is unavailable for delivery. Drinks on offer across the snow globes, lodge, cabana and walk-up bar include a Ramsbury Espresso Martini, Rams Passionfruit Martini, Winter Estate G&T, Candied Lemon Collins, Berry Mule and a Hot Gin and Cider Smash. The wondrous creation of our English-style India Pale Ale, aptly named Belapur IPA, boasts a well hopped flavour with a fruity, citrus finish.

People that taste our spirits assume that we’re master distillers. That distilling is our life’s calling. That we’ve abandoned all other pursuits. Our Farmer’s Best bitter, is a classic dark amber ale with a delicate rounded flavour. Simply put, it’s the perfect session ale.We begin the process with by planting our wheat – a bakers wheat traditionally – cultivated on the rich chalk soils of Ramsbury’s estate. Once harvested, milled and fermented, the wheat becomes ‘low wine,’ and is diluted and distilled through a 43-plate copper column still. It’s part of a closed loop production cycle that uses the land to its fullest potential, with little wastage. As one of the select few Single Estate Gins made in the United Kingdom, a gin like Ramsbury Gin is a rarity. We believe that this process has created the perfect, unique gift for gin lovers. All of our honey beer’s ingredients, save the hops, come from within the AONB – and the brew has the addition of local honey from Ramsbury, perfectly encapsulating the wonders of the British countryside that spans areas of Berkshire, Hampshire, Oxfordshire and Wiltshire. This Red Ram is a craft lager that bursts with flavours of specially selected malt and continental hops, and as with any quality craft lager, it has a crisp and refreshing finish. Looking for a unique room to impress your clients or team? Our modern meeting room over looks our distillery and has full internet access and presentation facilities as well as its own bar. Ramsbury Brewery tours run at 11am every Friday & Saturday or the last Friday of the month 6:30pm. The tour and craft beer tasting experience take around 1 hour and 30 minutes, and each tour is led by our team members. Looking for us? The process in creating the Single Estate Gin for our gin gift box is simple. Here at Ramsbury Brewery and Distillery, we believe that you can’t make great gin without first making great vodka. Our award-winning gin starts its journey on the estate as the finest quality wheat grown on the farm. We then distil it through our 43-plate copper still, creating a base spirit that gives our gin an incredibly smooth texture. Our tours are unsuitable for those under 18 years, this includes ‘babes in arms’. We are are a working brewery, so please be mindful of this on your visit.
