Subtitles can also be helpful if your TV doesn't have the best sound quality (although there are ways to adjust that).

With a fantasy show like this I like to read the subs because it's quicker to pick up the character names and follow the storyline better. It seems to get confused and record or download those and then not download the next episode in UHD, but I did manage to find the rest of the UHD ones . Your shows advertised with “S” symbol for subtitles but no subtitles are showing for shows such as, special victims unit, Criminal minds. Same issue for me, almost 1 week after the episode aired and still no subtitles leaving me unable to watch this programme.I have tried holding down English subtitles button as suggested, and gone back to repeat, no such luck! If you then do follow-on watching of further episodes, the subtitles will continue to show; but once you leave the programme for another, or exit, you will have to repeat the subtitle setting on the next thing you want to watch.
