About this deal

One Sage & Apple Gin is bottled at 43%, is both vegetarian and vegan, gluten free and is also certified Kosher.

The gin is comprised of a delicate balance of russet apple, juniper and sage, all helping to deliver a crisp, not overly sweet, apple freshness. ILoveGin detail the gin’s perfect serve as follows:

How would you rate I Love Gin ?

A Gold-winner at the World Vodka Awards 2021, this marvellous tipple has an ultra-smooth, sumptuously soft mouthfeel and is brilliantly clean and crystal clear. With its delectably complex flavour profile, it’s a must-try for any vodka aficionado out there. To find out more on cherry gins, and other flavoured gins, why not also explore our Gin Club (UK delivery only), members receiving two new gins straight to their door each month, along with information around the chosen gins and complimenting mixers.

The palate of Eden Mill Love Gin is creamy, fruit-laden and slightly citrusy. As my buddy David T. Smith would say (“jammy” and “sherbet”-like*). In a shaker, muddle this thyme with the lime juice, add the gin and the limoncello and finally fill with iceWhat does Modern Love Vodka taste like? Modern Love Vodka has a nose brimming with clean citrus, spice and herb tones, all atop a deliciously earthy grain base. On the palate, you can find a creamy texture and hints of vanilla, cocoa and lemon, which all last long into the aromatic finish, where hints of pear and mint can be found. In contrast, One Sage & AppleGin holds more of a wood and orange flavour to it, amongst other interesting notes, detailed as “An overall aromatic nose of fresh and candied apple, freshly cut wood and juniper, with hints of gooseberry and orange marmalade. Leads to a palate of fresh apple, orange peel and soft juniper, mixed spice and Turkish delight.”

Gin and Tonics are often said to be the most refreshing drink to have, though often drank throughout the year we do enjoy them a little more when in the sun or in warmer climates. This take on a classic is the Melon Gin and Tonic, is relatively fast and easy to do, you just need to make sure you have a Honeydew melon at the ready. Crush the peppercorns in a mixing bowl/large glass, then add strawberries and muddle them (crush/mash), then add all the other ingredients (excluding the Prosecco) and give it another good mix/muddle. Pour the drink into a glass and top up with soda water, garnish with a slice of lime, sprig of mint, a few fresh pomegranate seeds and a few ice cubes. Put the gin, lemon juice and apple juice into a shaker with some ice and give it a good shake to make sure it’s fully cooled the drink down Therefore, navy strength gins are great at working with highly-flavoured mixers like cola, pink lemonade, Irn-Bru, concentrated fruit juices, coffee and Earl Grey tea. We’ve also included an apple gin in a past member’s box from 2020 – The Cornish Elements Box, which came with both Elemental Cornish Gin’s classic dry and apple gin, alongside a light and elderflower tonic from Hartridges to mix with. of tonic (depending on the gin/strength of how you like it, we recommend trying Double Dutch tonics)
