High ‘N’ Dry’, is the first of Def Leppard’s albums to be produced by Robert ‘Mutt’ Lange and was released in 1981. The picture disc features the main album artwork on disc one side A and Ross Halfin promo photos on sides B, C and D. Excellent new release from Def Leppard, but when you have already released one of 'the' studio albums of all time (Hysteria) - how can you better it? K. copies with Jack Adams on both sides, Masterdisk on both sides, and there are also copies cut by Dennis Blackham. Tokyo's prestigious Kokusai Forum was the venue for the show, which was recorded for live FM Broadcast across Japan, and it features plenty of the tunes from their seventh album, Euphoria, released on 8 June 1999. Built from a process of meticulously deconstructing and reconstructing their classic tracks, as well as some lesser-known gems, they have intertwined audio fragments from original tapes performing them alongside the iconic orchestra. Housed in rigid boxes, the set also contains a hard-backed book with rare photos by Ross Halfin and liner notes by Classic Rock's Paul Elliott. If you want the most powerful and a loud (sometimes earaching) version, go for the anniversary pressing. Savages bass playing is prominent and some of the Collen and Campbell guitar work is up there with their best.

Produced by Tom Allom (Judas Priest, Black Sabbath), it featured many of the band’s live favorites and some updated versions of early singles. Band members Joe Elliott, Rick Savage, Rick Allen and Phil Collen have also contributed introductions to the set.Its hard to sum up this album but my favorite memories of this was when I would listen to this album on the way to vacation in Wild Wood NJ which was an obscure amusement ride mecca. Was the band’s first album of cover versions and featured some of the band favourite songs from over the years. The record itself charted in the US top twenty and the UK top 75, this is the first time the album has appeared on Vinyl.
