An enlarged filling port located under the lid of the GeekVape Z 2021 sub ohm tank makes topping up e-liquid easy. As well as that, the adjustable top airflow gives you the option of a tighter or looser draw, so you can find an inhale that feels right. The airflow inlet is built into the top part of the tank to stop leaks too. The included coils have a mesh build that will heat your e-liquid up more evenly and deliver an improved flavour. To match the sub ohm coils, we'd recommend an e-liquid that has a 70% VG concentration or higher. To fill it, you just open the top of the clearomizer. The quarter turn system means you can open it fast, and it keeps working well over time. The seals do their job perfectly. The openings are large and most e-liquid bottles will work with the Z sub-ohm. A little lip around the edge prevents the liquid from overflowing if you accidentally squeeze the bottle too hard when you’re filling it. The wide 510 connection allows for the majority of tank options to fit on the mod with no overhang and the updated user interface makes switching from wattage to bypass modes very easy.
Off the bat, I’ve reviewed pretty much every mod in the Aegis line. From the original Aegis to the latest generation of the line, you name it, I’ve reviewed it. They have been great mods. As I mentioned in the intro, the S100 is nearly identical to the M100 so if you’ve read that review, you’ll already know more or less everything there is to know about this device. The only thing that changes is that you get to use your own battery on the S100.It’s a pretty basic tank overall. It comes with top airflow to minimize the possibility of leaking. It has a 5 mL capacity and a quarter-twist top cap that reveals the filling port when removed. The coils are plug and play and the drip tip is a standard Delrin 810.
The same high quality and tech goes into every product. The GeekVape tanks are also industry leading. The Z MTL tank can be used with any 510 mod. It comes with push fit coils for an easy setup. Plus, it is also top fill for more convenience. Others in the range have the same easy to use design but cater to a range of vape styles. If you are looking to upgrade your vape setup these tanks are worth a go. Also, the wattage has a high range, all the way from 5W to 100W. However, you may not be able to get to the higher wattages if you do not use a good battery. Another great feature, though, is that the kit hits your set wattage instantly.The top of the box has a spring-mounted 510 connector. It fits the 23mm clearomizer supplied with the kit, and a 24mm atomizer will fit inside the profile too. There’s one silicone seal under the connection plate that makes it look like the set-up is out of alignment. It’s just a tiny detail and not too dramatic visually.
