The main problem is that we feel it's overpriced, considering the basic features and 12L extraction rate. It's also relatively noisy and surprisingly heavy. This is a graded product.A1 products are "as new" but have been opened and might not come in the original box. All A1 products will be fully bubble-wrapped for transportation. It's not the most powerful dehumidifier on the market - you wouldn't expect it to be with the low energy consumption. But it can do a decent job at removing water, especially at room temperature or above. One complaint we have about this model is the 5 litre water tank. While this is bigger than most tanks, we would have liked a 6 litre tank considering the high maximum extraction rate. It's also not cheap, so there are probably better options if you don't need the "Smart" features. Even so, it does a brilliant job of removing moisture from the air. While it's unlikely to get near 20 litres per day, it pulls large amounts of water from the air - especially at room temperature or higher. It also has a four litre water tank, so you won't need to empty it as often as other models (although this is smaller than the 6 litre Meaco Low Energy 20L).
